BUILD YOUR TIME SCHEDULE THAT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS
We have lots of flexibility to work around your groups/committees’ busy schedules.
These can be scheduled at your convenience. For continuity, we want the sessions to be scheduled at least weekly, and they can be any days and times that work for you. We have presented these on a single weekend day, 8-hour version. We have also presented with sessions split into 4 x 2-hour segments in the evenings after working hours. We can meet almost any planning schedule necessary. Our goal is to make this easy for your project to get the information and planning guidance it needs.
Our schedule fills up quickly, check the available dates with Sue (sue.nelson@totalaquatic.llc) or 719-238-1561. An invoice will be sent as soon as the date(s) are agreed upon. Must receive payment at least 15 days prior to the event.
COST OF CUSTOM REGISTRATION - $1500
If for some reason the dates need to be changed by either party, parties will work together to find a suitable alternative date. If the client cancels the Custom workshop prior to 10 days before the 1st day of conference a refund of 75% will be issued. If the client cancels after 10 days before conference, a refund of 60% will be issued. If TAP-LLC cancels, a full refund will be sent.
